Key does not turn

My key is in acc and will not go to Lock. What do I do?

Hi and thanks for using 2CarPros. Com. If it suddenly will not turn to the off position, make sure the shifter is fully in the park position. The system has a park lock set up and will not allow the key to return to off without being fully engaged in park.
