Scenario: Vehicle can be traveling between 10-35 mph on flat road. Foot rests lightly on accelerator but consistently to maintain speed. At this point, the vehicle jerks or bucks continuously until acceleration is increased. Spark plugs were replaced at 100,000 miles. Where should I look to fix problem?

Thank you

This is my daughters vehicle. She said that the check engine light came on once but went out. At which she took car to garage and no codes were detected and they were unable to find anything wrong.
