2000 Jeep Wrangler check engine light is on

The check engine light is on and the engine stalls when accelerating. It doesn't always die it just kinda hesitates. My mechanic says the tps is reading 84% open even with the computer unplugged. We replaced the ecm and and there was no change. He is convinced that the new computer is bad as well but I feel like it has to be something else. Please advise

If the check engine light is on then there is a code or codes stored usually someplace like autozone will check for codes for free.
Find out what codes are stored and let me know
