I have a code 33 and 51 on my jeep wrangler. I have tried changing the o2 sensor which didn't fix the problem. The jeep runs normal in open loop but once it's in closed loop I loose power and cannot get the jeep above 3000 rpm or 55 mph. I have no AC in the vehicle so I don't understand why I get the code 33.

I am having the exact same problem with my 1994 Wrangler. I was just getting ready to change the O2 Sensor myself. I hope you get a good reply to this. Did you replace both sensors or just one?
