I have a 93 Jeep Wrangler. When I am driving down the road, and I push my brakes my right front disk brake stays engaged. The pads and the caliper are still good.

Replace the front brake lines(both sides). And make sure you flush the system good. After time the brake fluid actually brakes down and the lines collapse on the inside where you cannot see it. This causes the caliper to not release properly. Hope this helps you. Curt
