I put my jeep in 4x4 low and it wont come back out and im not sure what to do. please help

because it is a 78 - I need to ask ya a couple questions first...

does it have manual hubs? perhaps one is stuck?

have you owned it a long time and this is not the first time you've put it into 4 low?
