96 Grand Cherokee Laredo Rough Idle

I have a 1996 Grand Cherokee Laredo I6 4.0L that when you start it it sounds fine then after about 3 minutes the engine sounds like its going to die and the RPM's drop to almost stalling. It only lasts a minute or so. Now it seems to have a rough idle. I have replaced the fuel filter and plugs but this started before this. It has 135k on it. Everything else has been kept up but I think after a few rough towing trips a few months back it might have screwed something up. Please help.

For starters clean out the throttle bore (where the air intake tube goes to engine) with some carb spray and a rag. On the throtle body is the IAC motor (lowest sensor on throttlebody) held on with 2 Torx screws. Remove it and clean it well with carb spray, careful not to loose the small o'ring
