I have a 2001 Jeep Grand Cherokee with an intermitant problem at almost any speed. While driving the transmission seems to be slipping based on the rpms increasing as if overdrive kicked out. RPMS increase and quickly return to normal. At lower speed I sometimes get a jerk in the transmission. The only code I get is P0121. Is this related to transmission or do I have at least 2 problems?

I just fixed this same problem yesterday. It's the throttle control sensor. It needs to be replaced and the jeep will be fine. I cost me about $150 for parts/labor. WORTH EVERY PENNY! (I had a deep water issue that must have fried it) good luck! k
