I have a 1990 jeep cherokee 4.0 6 cyl. I went out to start it yesterday, and I got nothing. No selinoid click, starter grind, no crank at all. All my other electrical components work, radio, lights, buzzer, etc but the engine wont turn. Ill admit I am a newbie when I comes to car repair. Got any suggestions for what and where to go to troubleshoot effectively? Any help is greatly appreciated. By the way its got over 130,000miles if it matters. Thanks ahead of time

Check for loose wires at the starter soloniod. If you can check to see if you have juice going to the soloniod when you turn the key to start. Using a test light at the starter solenoid. If you have juice it but nothing happens it could be the solenoid.
