2000 Jeep Cherokee

My jeep oil pressure goes down to 0 when stopped or parked. When driving it read normal levels and the gauge light does not come on.

You may have a faulty oil pressure sending unit. Try hooking up an oil pressure gauge to verify the oil pressure. If this reads about the same, I would probably look at the oil pump.
