1998 Jeep Cherokee tail pipe

Replacing tailpipe, got the old one off but cant get new one on. It is longer than the old one. Do I match the distance and cut the new tilpipe

Hi there,

Any after market pipe should be correct, make sure that its the correct pipe as if you cut it and it's still no good you can't take it back.
