I've changed the speed sensor, reset the computer and light comes back on after I reach 20 mph, is this a wheel sensor failure?

It is indicating a faulty output speed sensor. Is this the sensor you replaced or did you replace the input sensor?

The output speed sensor in located on the left side(drivers side)at the rear of the tranmission. The input speed sensor is located in the front of the transmission on the left side as well as the vehicle speed sensor. Out of these 3 speed sensors, the code is showing a faulty Output sensor.

Yes that is what I changed, when I reset the code my engine light still comes on after I reach 20 mph. The car seems to be responding better after I changed the sensor as far as shifting properly and running smoother.
