1996 Jeep Cherokee Ignition question

If the crank/throttle sensor is relapced would that solve the problem of not getting any power inside the vehicle. Particularly the ignition switch. Gettibg power to everythinh outside the vehicle.

No. Check the positive battery terminal on the battery. There are 2 leads going to it, wiggle it and see if power comes on. Check fuses.
