Noises problem

Whenmy air conditioning/defrost is turned off, I have no problem. However, whenever either my A/C or defrost is on I have a problem. When I am idle everything is fine, A/C works great.
But whenever I ACCELERATE, push on the gas, and only when my A/C is on I get this loud sreeching noise from under the hood. When I shut A/C the sound stops immediately. Also stops if I take my foot off of the gas pedal!!
