1995 Jeep Cherokee 95 Jeep Cherokee Hesitating when acceler

When I accelerate my Jeep from a dead stop it will hesitate and surge and hesitate and surge a few times before picking up and finally moving. It doesnt do this except when going from stopped to giving it gas. Any ideas on what could be wrong?

Inspect and test all the following listed below:

Oxygen sensor.
Catalytic converter.
Fuel injectors dirty/sticking.
Mass airflow sensor/Airflow meter.
Throttle position sensor.
Manifold absolute pressure sensor.
EGR Valve
Fuel pressure regulator leaking or defective fuel pump.
False air leakage.
Fuel contamination.
Foul/defective spark plugs.
Open spark plug wires.
Ignition coil/Coil packs defective.
Incorrect ignition timing.
Cap and rotor.
