CV joints failing, need to replace with new/remanufactured CV axle assemblies -- no problem doing that. BUT-- left front (driver's side) torn boot shows spattering of diff oil from worn axle shaft seal

How do I remove old seals and replace with new seals?

In order to put in the new seals you would have to remove the ring and pinion from the differential housing. Then the seals would have to removed and re-installed from the inside of the housing using a turn buckle like tool to put the new ones in place. This is not recommended for anybody less than a professional Auto Technician. I hope I didn't burst your bubble but, better than finding out the hard way.
