1999 Jaguar XJR ABS/Trac control

My Jag Had a intermit abs light with trac control light come on. Now its on all the time. I checked all the sensors and they are all ok. When I started the car the next morning the lights were still on. However now the transmission lights are on and the check engine light is on. My speedometer does work either. Please HELP!

Have you solved your problem?
If you have solved the problem - what were the remedies?
Have seen problem with faulty transmission controle module. Changing have corrected the failure.
