1995 Jaguar XJ6 106,000 Miles 4.0L Engine

I failed the emmissions inspection. I replaced the oxygen sensors and failed again. My HC ppm reading at 15MPH is 245 and my Co% is 4.20 at 15MPH. What else should I do?

Before we get too far, I am not familiar with Jags, but may be able to help regardless. What code numbers are in the computer?

Thats going to make it tough.

I assume the car runs great other than it fails the emmission. Probably working with a rich fuel/air mixture.

You need to start by checking the air filter, make sure it's clean and installed back tightly. Next your going to remove the Mass air flow sensor (maf) and clean it with ELECTRICAL cleaner (only) and very gently with q-tips. Reinstall the MAF and make sure no air leaks exist between MAF and throttle body.
