I am looking at two different cars and wondering what is the reliability of both models. Both are ~$13,000. The first is a 2004 Jaguar X3 with 50,000 miles and the second is a 2007 Mazda 3i with 21,000 miles. How does the reliability of one compare with the other and what is the average mileage life for both?

Hi there,

both re very reliable and you should get many more miles out of either, I would be checking that they had both been serviced regularly and any re calls attended to, the only draw back I would think is that the Jag will be a bit more expensive in the service & general maintenance department, but if both are well taken care off you should not have any problems, I would recommend that you get a mechanic to check any car first hand before you commit your self to any purchase.
