How do I access the top bolt to remove the starter?

STARTER MOTOR
Removal (4.0L 6-Cylinder With A/T)
Disconnect battery ground lead. Remove dipstick-to-manifold securing bolt. Remove dipstick assembly. Raise vehicle and remove front suspension rear mounting inner bracket bolts. Disconnect engine ground strap. Remove rear mounting nut.
Remove mounting bracket. Remove starter mounting bolts. Pull starter motor downward to allow access to main starter terminal securing nut. Remove main starter terminal nut. Disconnect leads from terminal. Disconnect starter motor multi-plug and remove starter motor from vehicle.
