When I turn the ignition I am not getting any fire to the starter solenoid located on the starter. My battery is fully charge and the battery cable wire which hooks to the started is hot. I recently had a transmission installed and everything is hooked up. I tried starting the car in every gear still nothing. Why cnt I get fire to the starter relay. I checked the fuses are there a starter relay?

On 6.0L models, a Magneti Marelli M80 R starter is used. On 4.0L models, a Bosch DW 1.7K starter is used. Bosch starter consists of a series-wound, 4-pole, 4-brush motor, utilizing either wedge-shaped or conventional brushes. When starter is energized, a housing-mounted solenoid shifts roller-type starter clutch and pinion, engaging ring gear. Starters are pre-engaged type.
