2000 Other Jaguar Models engine running rough

Would love your help in the problem of our auto running rough after maybe getting bad gas. After getting gas the car was running very rough and sometimes knocks like its not running on all cylinders. They did a diagnostic test and said the number 4 cylinder was not firing correctly. Would this be a bad plug and if all were replaced would this maybe solve the problem of the knocking also. Thanks for any help

More then likely it is a plug and wire problem, if its not it sure wouldnt hurt having that done, its over 75k and the plugs and wires shoudl be changed.
