Well when I give it gas it spits and sputters and a little blue smoke comes from tail pipe. I have changed plugs, wires and the TPS and changed the MAP sensor. I have done a self EEC V test, but I can not fix it.

Blue smoke means your burning oil. You have not left very much information to go off but it is a fairly safe bet.

This could be coming from several different areas, such as worn piston rings or worn valve guide seals. Have you done a compression or leak down test of any kind?

Yes I have. Forgot to add this it does not smoke until it starts sputtering really bad and the smoke smeels like the truck is over loading with gas.
