I am not sure if the connector is incomplete. It looks like maybe the end of the connector is missing. Without a picture it is hard to tell. I cannot retrieve the code to cause the check engine light to go off and therefore cannot get the damn thing smogged. I need to know how to retrieve the code and a picture would help because it is hard to tell. one friend said that it is most likely the cold engine injector and that it was seperate from the other one.

To retrieve the code, bridge the wires as shown in the diagram and turn the ignition switch ON. Count the blinking of the MIL to get the codes.

At left kick panel do you see a pigtail that has 2 wires color black/yellow and plain black if so connect it and watch the MIL to flash or it should turn on
