No rough Idle, Spark plugs checked for spark. What else could this indicate? No other codes thrown to indicate specific cylinder. Light came on 30 min after filling tank of gas.

It sounds like you have an excessive "Parasitic draw" problem. It is called parasitic because when the car is not running, certain components feed off the battery, such as the computer, clock etc. When other components like a dome light is left on, it will take more energy then the battery can supply in a short time draining the battery. If you are sure that everything is off, including hood light, dome light, glove box light, trunk light, then your best to take it into an independent repair shop and have them troubleshoot it.

No,
as far as I know, I always checked to make sure all the lights are off, but the only thing I can think what the problem could be is when I got it into a car accident, my left front headlight was broken and I had it repair. Then every now and then, I would hear a "clicking" noise like its coming from the front headlight when the car is not running. Do you think the "clicking" noise has to do with the draining of the battery. Thanks.
