ANYTIME at above 60F or below 0F ambient temps or when driven in excess of 20 miles at temps of 0-60F the engine will start surging and overheat. I've flushed and reserviced the cooling system, pressure checked the cooling system and radiator cap with no leakage noted, and the radiator itself is in good condition. There are no visable signs of leakage internal or external. What am I missing? Numerous mechanics have drawen blanks on this.
