my wipers work, but not the intermittent part. as I turn the intermittent knob each step, the wipers will cycle once but not again.

Hi,
Does this vehicle have the automatic wiper function? I attached a picture below indicating possible causes of an inoperative delay/automatic control.
I need to know if it has this function. if it does, then as you can see there are a couple different possible causes.
