Intermittently, all the Interior and exterior lights flicker/flash/blink or what have you, when running. I check and cleaned all the connections to the battery and the ground. We replaced the battery, the alternator and the BCM module within the last week or so. The battery and the BCM module was purchased new. However, the alternator was purchased as a used part. We needed our alternator and battery replaced but we thought the flashing was because of a bad BCM module. That is why we replaced that, but it is still happening. Sometimes if we turn the van off, wait a few seconds and then turn it back on, it will stop the flashing on and off and the lights will be normal. Any ideas?

If the BCM was not programmed to your car that may be the problem dealers have to do this. Check battery for condition including load test most places do for free. Check fuses for corrosion if it has it clean off fuse and use dielectric grease on contacts and check fusible link for a partial break. Dielectric grease can be at auto parts on counter for around $2.00.
