How to test injectors flow

How do you get the injectors flow tested? Can you do it your self?
I'm having the same problem another guy had on here. It will crank but won't stay running. Shuts off when you push the gas pedal down. I'm going to check vacuum leaks too. Just wondering how to check injectors?
