I just purchased a used G35x. While making tight turns at slow speed (eg: turning around in a cul-de-sac) I noticed that there's a sound as if the tires are turning at the correct speeds - just a little bit of tire scrub kind of sound. Is this inherent in the AWD system or is the diff potentially not operating correctly. I made sure it's not in snow mode. Thanks.

Hi jragals,

If the tires and wheels are not scraping, then you need to check ot the differentials. Maybe an oil change would help.

Also check if the front brake backing/cooling plates are not too near the rotors, especially at the lower end.
