Immobilizer activated and the car will not crank at all

My father was messing with some wires in my vehicle. We can still lock and unlock the car with the remote, but the immobilizer is activated and the car will not crank at all. We have called and talked to multiple Subaru dealers who had has try a variety of things but the car will not crank still. How to override the immobilizer system?
