Ignition switch is stuck open?

If my switch is stuck open and won't lock with the key, do I need a new ignition switch?

Yes, it sounds like it, this is common when the ignition lock wears out, I would get a programmed key and lock from the dealer and follow the instruction below to install the new unit. Check out the images (below). Let us know what happens and please upload pictures or videos of the problem so we can see what's going on.
