Ignition switch has not been working off and on for a couple months replace it and also replaced the ignition cylinder and when everything is put back together the key wont turn to the off position and is stuck in the ignition. And I do not know if I need to reset my pass-lock.

You must take the ignition back apart because you have the tumbler off one tooth. which is not allowing the key to be removed, please let us know how it goes.
