I needed a ignition coil for my car and I ordered one online. Ignition coil intake side. My friend told me that it wasn’t the right ignition coil for my car. I also saw an ignition coil exhaust side. I was wondering what ignition coil fits in my car. Thanks.

Can you let me know which Jazz you have and which 1.3L engine you have? Looks like there are a few different options.

Thanks

Hi,

The Jazz isn't offered in the US, so my technical info is limited. However, the Honda Civic here has the 1.3L designed like this. I can tell you there coils are the same. See the attached pic. Is that the same design? If it is, the part number, the part look at pic 2. It shows parts and labor for replacement. The OEM part number is also listed and is the same for either side. So, I'm not sure what is happening where you are located. Does it appear different? Can you upload a pic for me to see it?

Let me know.
Joe

The first one is the old one and the second picture is the one I bought online. It looks the same to me but my friend said it’s not the right one.

Okay. I meant to ask this as well. Can you send a picture of the coil that you have and the part number for it? I am just not sure we are talking about the same thing because you don't have ignition coils for the intake and exhaust. Thanks
