Idle rough and flooding

Code says bad maf but changed 3 different new ones and put new throttle position sensor and still same. If I unplug maf it idles fine but wont rev over 2200 rpms. Any help would be appreciated

Just because it says that is code doesn't mean that is the problem, it can be a bad pcm, short in wiring etc. Rescan it get all the codes then look under obd1 on our site here and check fuel pressure with a gauge auto parts rent it. Also check for a vacuum leak.
