It will likely need the secondary air injection repair typical to most of the cars of that vintage and possible replacement of upstream O2 sensors. Clear the codes and see if/when they come back, oh and get the bank account ready, the 2002 745 and 190,000 miles might not be worth all the money and aggravation. Just a friendly warning. Also is the battery has been disconnected it means the monitor have not been set so just drive the vehicle for about 50 miles and the ceos should go away. Let us know how it goes.
