I was replacing my power steering pump when the cylinder head that my pump attaches to broke. The top part where the top bolt is screwed into. Where can I find that part to change out? Or can I just use JB weld and weld the piece back on that broke off. Would that work?

The part that broke is what the pump bolts to so JB weld will probably not work. The piece that is broken is the bearing cap of the camshaft so you will need to remove the valve cover to replace it. You might be able to get a used cylinder head for cheap on eBay, I don't know if you will be able to find that part separately. Check out the images (below). Let us know if you need anything else.
