The radiator fan is right behind the radiator towards the engine.

Could mean your low on coolant due to a leak which could be as simple as a bad radiator cap. Could be a bad thermostat or the radiator fan not working properly. Also could have sand or other debris blocking flow thru the radiator. Have you checked the coolant level or for codes? Also only check the coolant level with the engine cold.

The number one cause is a bad thermostat for overheating on that. When it reaches operating temp see if both the upper and lower radiator hoses are too hot to touch the should be equal temps. If one is really hot and other is no so much then you have a bad thermostat.
