I have lost a part during rebuild and don’t know what it is

2014 vw Jetta. We send the head to machine shop and didn’t get this piece when it came back. I’m pretty sure this car is a California emissions. Please help. Thank you

Id Try calling the machine shop back to see if they remember what was there many times they do need to take parts off to do any cylinder head work it could have got missplaced in the procces..also you can post a photo of the cylinder head and the area where the peice is missing we might be able to identify the missing peice as well good luck hope this helps.

Also if youre trying to find out if its a california smog compliant car its on the emissions lable under hood it clearly states that information there ..good luck

Ok good photo.. I need the vin the vin in the description is coming up invalid and also what model jetta is it and are you sure its a 1.8 lr eng.? It says its a 2.0 ..are you sure its a 2014?

Ok it says its a coolant hose fitting that goes there number 11 on the diagram down below

10 is the retaining bolt 11 is the coolant hose fitting and 12 is the oring /gasket ..hope this helps good luck let us know if there anything else be well

Can't find the part number but they call it ..
Number 11(Connecting peice for coolant hose) in the exploded illustration of the cylinder head
but they don't give the oe part number i think you gotta get that through the vw dealership ..good luck
