First. The car has troubles starting. To start the car, I press the remote unlock button, and then I have to slide the gear stick from park down to third and back up again to park before starting the car.

Second. The air conditioning switch sometimes turns on. But when it is on, the air conditioning does not always work.

Third. The passenger rear window goes down, but will not go up.

Looking forward to your reply

Hi there,

Thank you for the donation.

I would get the transmission isolator switch checked as it may be faulty, often when you have to move the selector to start the car the problem is with in the isolator switch, with the A/C you should get the system pressures tested first, this will give you a good indication as to where any faults may lie, I would be thinking you have low refrigerant gas due to a small leak in the system, and the window, you will have to remove the trim and test for power on both sides of the motor one side will be powered and the other will be earth, when you hit the up button it will swap over, I would be thinking a faulty switch. Check these out and re post if you have any more queries.
