Thank you for helping me in advance.
The sefety belt on the driver side of my car does not retract back as it used to. I am concerned of its safty.

Check to make sure the seat belt is not twisted near the floor of the car by the seat, around it's fastening bolt and up to the buckle.
If the retraction system was bad, you should have air bag light on. If you do not have air bag light, then the belt may just be twisted somewhere
