Changed o2 censor, had the check engine lite reset, after afew days of lite being off, it comes back on saying same problem, when I already change censor, whats the problem

Your vehicle has 2 oxygen sensors, did you test the sensor that you replaced before switching it?

I had a 2001 hyundai accent hatch gs and my check engine light was on for about a year I changed pretty much everything I took it to a shop and they put it on a rack on the back of the car towards the back there is a box it is right on the other side of the gas tank with mine all I did was unplug it and plug it back in that was in. I know it sounds stupid but take a look at it
