2000 Hyundai Accent P0441 Evaporative Emiss Control System

I have received the error code of P0441. Car will not pass emissions.

It also gives me a problem when new gas is put in. I usually fill the tank each time and it won't start, I have to pump the gas pedal for it to start.

What are the possible issues and solutions?

The problem could be a stuck tank vent valve or a crack in one of the lines, the fault you report is low purge flow. I suggest speaking to your mechanic and have the evaporative system smoke tested to find the culprit.
