Transmission problem
2000 Hyundai Accent 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive 136000 miles

While I am driving, car jerks when when the car gearing up or down. Does this mean the transmission is bad? It was rebuilt just over a year ago?

Hello,

Is it jerking or is it a hard shift? If more of a hard shift it is possible that you have a bad shift solenoid?

Is you check engne light on? If so have codes pulled, your loacal auto zone will do it free.

If it is a jerk feeling then you may have a bad CV Axle.
