How to retrieve the security code to reset the navi

Hi, I have a 2007 acura tsx. I need to reset my navi system. However, I do not have the security code. I called the acura dealer and they apparently couldn't help me. Is there a way to retrieve the security code? Thanks.

From our database it mentioned using the Interactive Network to find the code. I am not sure how that is done but if you have the serial number of the unit, the dealer should be able to help you.
