How to replace heater core outlet hose

The heater core outlet hose is connected to steel pipe.
How do I access the retaining clips that hold down this steel pipe, so I can access the outlet heater hose for removal and re-installation?

Hi Danny, I am looking at replacing both the heater core hoses in 1990 5.7 Litre IROC Camaro. I just finished replacing the heater core. The inlet heater hose is accessible and appears easy to replace. On the other hand the outlet heater hose is not very accessible and appears much more difficult to remove and replace. This outlet heater core hose is a short piece and is approximately "L" shaped. This short outlet hose connects the outlet heater core pipe to a steel pipe or tube. This pipe/tube runs down the firewall unattached and then bends onto the right side rail (with you sitting in drivers seat). From my detailed 1990 Chevrolet Camaro service manual, it shows that this pipe is attached to the rail by two bolted clips. What I would like help on is what are the detailed steps to getting access to this outlet hose for removal and replacement.
My car has AC.

Thanks Ken, my Camaro is a 1990 third generation model year. The video you posted, I believe, is for the fourth generation Camaro model years, so it is quite a bit different. Let me know if there is any you have for me for a 1990 IROC Camaro with 5.7 liter engine (L98 V8 TPI) and air conditioning (C60).

Yep that is a tight one. I removed the torx bit from the socket and used it and a 8mm wrench. The only way.
