My car was making a loud screeching noise when I started it. Now it will not start at all. It appears that I need a new starter and flywheel. How much should this cost?

Good evening.

The starter is about $175.00.

The flywheel is around $230.00.

The labor for both is 8.5 hours.

Looks to be around $1,200.00 to $1,300.00 depending on your area.
