Horn going off when headlights are on

Horn going off when headlights are on. Have had two different body shops and can't find nothing please help. Could it be my clock-spring is bad?

Good morning,

Does the steering wheel have lights that come on when the lights come on? If you do, they yes, it could be the clock spring.

No, it has no lights on the steering wheel.

Got it.

You have a wiring issue somewhere in the system. You need someone who specializes in electrical repairs to track this down.
