Why is the horn going on by itself and stays until I push the button on steering wheel? Is it stuck, broken? If is so can I replace it by myself or I need a technician?

More than likely this is the switch but here is a test that will help confirm this.

If I am correct and it is the switch, here is the procedure on how to remove the steering wheel. You do not need to completely remove it but they don't have a process for just the switch. This is not a terribly complicated but you are touching things relate to the air bag and the airbag itself so if you are not comfortable with this, I would have someone else do it.

Let me know if you have questions. Thanks
