1997 Honda Prelude Strange Engine Noise

Sometimes when I'm driving in 1st, 2nd, or 3rd around 2000 rpm it will make this rattling noise that continues until ~2600 rpm. It doesn't do it all the time, and it seems to happen more often when the car is going uphill. It has never happened when it is idling and I have revved the engine. It also doesn't do it in 4th or 5th.

This could be caused by exhaust heat shields, check them for looseness.
